QiGong – An Evening working with Life Energy

Join us for a energizing evening learning about cultivating energy and practicing Qigong with Bob Dawdy.
The evening will consist of:
*Qigong movements and forms to experience the movement and cultivation of life force energy, opportunities for discussion and a meditation.
Qigong is a mind-body-spirit practice originating from China thousands of years ago and means “energy cultivation” or “working with the life energy.” Simply put, Qigong means using this vital life energy to create and maintain a healthy mind and body. It involves slow movements that help with posture, breathing techniques, and focused intent. Some of the health benefits reported are:

Bob has been practising Qigong since 2014 and received his Level 1 & 2 in Spring Forest Qigong in 2016. He also attended the Five Elements Healing Retreat in 2018 in Calgary and practises Qigong on a daily basis.
