Join us for a beautiful evening of stillness, deep listening and exploration of tools and techniques to help quiet your mind, open your heart, and awaken to the joy and vitality of the present moment!
Mindfulness is all about cultivating deep self-awareness and a state of well-being.
Beginning a regular practice of mindfulness and meditation has been shown to improve health, emotional regulation, focus and performance in all areas of life. Without your presence, happiness will be difficult to maintain.

Jeri is a Self-Love and Awakening coach, Founder of Living from Heart Center, Zen Trilotherapy practitioner and trainer (studied with Zen Buddhist Master, Nissim Amon), published author, mother of 3, former radio show host, and more! In addition to studying with many masters, she completed a Mindfulness course for educators. Her clients often experience a true spiritual awakening to help them live a more joyful, soul led life. She has developed many tools, insights and practises to share, that have gifted her with a deep sense of peace and well-being!
